Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We currently ship only within India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Courier service delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
• Government restrictions or local regulations

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
• Sale and clearance items may not be eligible for return

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is free for all orders within India. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
